Working closely with the client, Arcitalia undertakes the design and preparation of projects for planning permission. Arcitalia then provides the basis on which
an Italian architect, engineer or geometra acts as a ‘director of works’ during the construction stage of a project.  Meanwhile, beyond the ‘design stage’,

Arcitalia operates on a consultancy basis on behalf of with the client.  While the role of the director of works is defined by the respective professional
institutions in terms of the building process and the development of a project on site, Arcitalia monitors that process, determines detailed design issues
on site, and acts as an intermediary between the client, the director of works and other parties. During all stages of a project Arcitalia maintains close
contact with clients, partly through the use of an individual web address to post design drawings and images of the project under construction..
