Arcitalia operates in Liguria, close to the French border, and within an area served by the airports at Nice, Genova, Turin and Milan.
Mainly, it operates in the hinterland behind the coastal city of Imperia, and deals with different forms of residential property,

How the system works:

Working closely with the client, Arcitalia undertakes a design and the preparations for planning permission. During the construction stage, it operates

in conjunction with an Italian architect or geometra, who acts as a ‘director of works’.  Arcitalia monitors the building process, determines detailed design

issues on site, controls costs, and generally acts as an intermediary between the client, the director of works and other parties. During all stages of a project,

Arcitalia maintains close contact with clients, partly through the use of dedicated web sites that are specific to individual projects.
